Founders Syndicate is a subsidiary of VII Ventures which is a Segregated Portfolio Company headquartered in the Cayman Islands. It is regulated by the Cayman Islands Private Funds Law 2020 and registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). The Company is an umbrella structure comprising separate compartments with segregated liability. Each compartment shall have segregated liability from the other compartments and the Company shall not be liable as a whole to third parties for the liabilities of each compartment.
